We're here to answer your most common questions about Saddlebrook Resort and ensure you have all the information you need for a comfortable stay.

  • What time is Check-In and Check-Out?

    Check-in: Check-in starts after 4 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we would gladly store your baggage until your room is ready. If the room is ready before 4 p.m., you may have access to the room earlier.

    Check-out: Check out time is at 11 a.m. We would be happy to store your luggage until you are ready to depart.

  • How can I cancel my reservation and what is the cancellation policy?

    For bookings made directly with us through our phone line or website, please contact the Front Office at 813-973-1111
    If you made your reservation through a travel company, you must call the company direct in order to cancel the reservation. The hotel cannot change or cancel your reservation.

    To receive a refund of your deposit, your cancellation or any changes to your reservation must be received at least 72 hours prior to 4:00 p.m. of your arrival date.

    Early Departure Fee:
    If guests want to leave earlier than their scheduled check-out day, the hotel needs at least a 24-hour notice before the day they wish to depart. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in paying in full for that evening, including taxes.

  • What is the smoking policy?

    We have a non-smoking policy. A $250 smoking fee is assessed to anyone smoking in the rooms.

  • What is the cost of the resort fee and what does it include?

    The resort fee is $28. This fee grants you access to the many amenities at Saddlebrook such as our pools, fitness center, basketball court, wifi, two bottles of water, coffee and more! Learn more here.

  • Do I need a reservation for any of the restaurants on-site?

    We strongly recommend making reservations ahead of time if you are planning to visit our dining restaurants.

  • Do you require a reservation deposit?

    To secure your reservation, an advance deposit equivalent to one night's stay plus tax is required. A credit card must be on file to cover any late cancellation fees. Additionally, a nightly incidental charge of $100 will be held and credited back to you upon departure.

  • How do I make a reservation for any golf, tennis or any other resort activity?

    You can call our main number at 813-973-1111. You will be directed to the respective department to create you reservation.

  • Do you offer parking at the Resort?

    Saddlebrook is a car-free Walking Village. The resort setting allows guests to easily walk everywhere, surrounded by lagoons and cypress trees. A $30 per night valet parking charge will be added to ensure a tranquil environment for all guests. We do offer shuttle golf carts upon request.

    Please note: Valet parking is unavailable for campers, trailers, semis, and other large vehicles over 20 feet long.
